Where recreation meets development. Winter’s Play Place is a play program, in the Harlem area, for infants and toddlers ages 6 months to 4 years old. Actitivies such as tumbling, singing, dancing and toy-making facilitate and nurture the bonding process between child and care-giver.

Asali means sweet honey in Swahili, suggesting the sweetness that yoga and pampering can bring to one’s life. This project is intended to promote wellness and quality of life all over the globe, beginning with the offering of Vinyasa yoga classes in the Harlem community that will encourage flexibility, strength, self love, self awareness, and integration of body, mind and spirit.
